I very highly recommend removing the screen flash from pinpoint electro, somebody could get a seizure when multiple enemies are shot, it is also very hard on the eyes for those who don't succumb to seizures.

I don't think the size of the gif does it justice, I play on a 1920x1080 screen and since it flashes the entire window its even more annoying, I agree on removing the flash from this skill in particular.

Flashes when done fast can be quite annoying, yeah. Setting Sun/Sun Flare and Camera Flash ones are slow flashes, not quick ones like this.

I thought it helped sell the animation but if it's not something people enjoy then I can get rid of it.

EDIT: I made the flash less intense in 1.88b, so let me know if that helps.
