Engineers repair more item durability after a fight
Void assassins having 7m on a back attack
Kensei starting fights with swords sheathed.
Bk having blackwind for the first round
Monk starting with some additional Ki based on rank
Verglas starting on an ice tile.

basically stuff like this.

I like it, but I don't see how the Kensei one would be useful, unless they were back attacked. Really cool everything else, though.

Kensei could just have sheath sword cost 0M on the first turn.
