A simple one. Don't think I really have to point out the issue with this one but.
Snake Shot consumes FP as normal, but whenever below the amount of FP it costs to use, you simply can start using it for free instead.

Steps to reproduce? Simple.
Step 1: Get 0 FP preferably, or just below whatever rank FP your Snake Shot costs.
Step 2: Realize you can just spam Snake Shot and apply the poison/snake wrap/bonus damage as per usual, even if your FP is at an all time low or zero.
That's it.
