EDIT: See my post below for more accurate testing. The damage of the skill doesn't seem to change whether you use it on the ground or in the air. The only change is in the type of damage the strikes use. The numbers stay the exact same. The elemental impacts are also incorrect. Those only change the damage type as well, just to one element as opposed to splitting between ice fire lightning and wind. It leaves no cinder tile, doesn't lightning crit, etc.
So, either this skill is bugged or I just have a lot of confusion around it, but here goes:

Based on the in-game description, if you and your target are both airborne, the damage for Elemental Rave becomes magical, and is changed to use your elemental attack for each respective element it cycles through +10%. So as I understand, the damage would be 110% Fire Atk, 110% Ice atk, 110% Wind Atk, and 110% Lightning Atk. However, when you use Elemental Rave while airborne...

The damage is a flat amount for every element. Prinny died before lightning could proc, but the point stands, as I don't have even elemental attacks for those elements anyway.

Also to note, the skill says it's elemental impact compatible that the listed impacts are incorrect, which I assume just means the skill's damage type changes to whatever element you have active as opposed to cycling through. I say this because even while enchanted with Redgull, the skill doesn't critical hit, and it certainly doesn't leave cinders or ice sheets. It also isn't interacting with my lightning attack in any form.
If this is all intended behavior, then this is probably better off in suggestions, because the skill should be buffed/changed in some way so it isn't so lackluster.
