It seems when you Glancing or Evade a spell, you still get Leeched energy from it. So it's treated as if you got hit when you didn't. I'm unsure if this applies to stuff like Vorpal.

I think the skill itself says "if you are targeted by a spell", so damage is irrelevant in the scenario, hit or miss.

What happens when you dodge? LV0?

You get the same level equal to if you got hit. So you can get level 30 leeched even if you evaded the attack.

I've moved this, Voidveil, and Ice Fairy Seal to the damage shields category, so this shouldn't occur anymore.
