How about we change Know No Pain to grant damage resistance that will decrease based on current rage energy? At max it's nullified to incentivize the use of Matador rage skills at times to keep yourself protected while maintaining a good output with the rage attacks.

Because the whole Matador line is kind of dated and Demon Hunter needs a proper adjustment.
I'm pretty sure if Know No Pain was changed to a Parry passive that works on all damage instance, you'd see this finally being worth being used. If not for its damage reduction, for the theme of just raising your forearms and blocking things like a champ.
