Ominuss Luck

Right now Omina's Fortune Vacuum is pretty lackluster- A turn/enemy based resource that is disrupted by Interference and Confusion (and is completely useless against bosses...) which also stops working for 3 rounds after a SAN based cap (you need at least 27 SAN to get past the initial minimum of 3 unluck which.. on Omina.. why would you do that?)

The skills are pretty lackluster too other than for gimmicks, costing 3 momentum to:
1 Apply the drain 3 times for 10 FP (bad)
2. Use 5 Unluck/10 FP for -15 hit/3 rounds (meh)
3. Use 10 Unluck/10 FP for a knockdown (okay)
4. Use 15 Unluck/15 FP for a pitfall trap (extremely situational...)

In 1 v 1s it takes way too long to stack and in crowded fights, you're better off using almost any other skill other than the knockdown.The only saving grace is that these don't require checks to pass.

The main thing I would like to see as a buff that is fitting to theme is that Ominas should get bonus luck based on the amount of Unluck they currently have, since the amount of the resource you have caps out at 30 anyway. This could be every 2 Unluck = 1 Luck or maybe something based on Sanctity where it eventually scales to a 1 to 1 conversion.

Omina's curse applying Fortune Vacuum more times based on Sanctity would be nice too (or maybe a dispel or 1 turn negative effect duration extension for one turn while adding a hefty cooldown.) Just something that makes it worth the 3 momentum uses because it's really bad!

Also please make Fortune Vacuum apply to bosses because having an entire racial trait dead in those kinda sucks (especially noticeable in Korvara where they don't spawn with monsters!)

It does need a few buffs here and there.

The SAN drain should not have a cap when debuffing the enemy, only when benefiting the Omina. (I.E, Omina should gain LUC, but only up to what SAN dictates now, the enemy should have their LUC drained without a cap.)

The Luck Vaccuum skill should have some extra feature, like stealing an enemy's FP based on your Scaled LUC or/and gain a Trickery effect to dispel an enemy's buffs.
Red Misfortune should make it so the enemy's Hit is reduced by 25 for 1 attack, for 3 rounds.
Yellow Misfortune can stay as is.
Green Misfortune should, on top of making the pitfall, make all enemies inflicted with Luck Drain to have their Status Infliction reduced by 50% for 1 infliction, for 3 rounds.

Make it so the pitfall trap can trigger if someone lands on the space after being knocked up by grand upper. That alone would make the class worth it for the meme potential.

as if Grandupper up to 2 turn deleting isn't bad enough. No.

That aside, Omina are verrrrrry bad. Like super bad. Their racial take a lot of investment with very little return for it. And with the nerf to luc it got an indirect nerf ontop of it. So nah, they certainly need abit of a rework. I like them from the theme aspect but its mechanical side is more than just lacking.
