I'm fine with them keeping the skill point requirements, I also think that +1 to the class point can be boring and not worth pursuing for those stat points invested, its sort of an extra bonus if you already had those stats, perhaps that part could change, but its not a big deal either way.

Just get +1 Skill Point then LE. I am unsure if intentional but you don't need the trait nor do you lose the +1 Skill Point from th etrait if you lose the trait.
