Leveling up youkai doesn't seem to raise their friendship level. I tested on a level one youkai for about four levels, and the bar hasn't budged a millimeter yet. Is there a certain number of levels you have to do?

Leveling up gives 1 (out of 100) friendship, so it would probably be very difficult to notice. I don't think there's an issue.
