Hanging won't work if there isn't any non-dense tiles adjacent to the target. going into the BOOSHES is a valid tactic but hanging, and the like, should probably work for that. It's a valid tactic to hate on youkai.

Uh. Going into bushes is definitely unintended, so Blink has been fixed to reflect that.
