Over the many years tiara has been trying to develop working prosthetics that can be controlled via Focus.
Many of years she has been reducing the cost of focus used to move such limbs. A while back she created two prototype Prosthetic Arms using the same technique as Homunculus crafting along with what she learned from studying Machines and golems alike, Knowing they Run and can be controlled with focus. She is now attempting to research and create Prosthetics for the rest of the body.

As Lore from SL2 Stating it is possible to use an Enchanted Eye to replace a normal one. An enchanted leg or arm should be possible.

I don't think this is something that needs to be applied for on the forums as players have been more or less using prosthetics of varying power levels already for missing limbs/organs/etc since forever.

While I personally think its a very easy way out, its really up to the players to decide what limitations they have IC even after such injuries/defects which are at the moment; always going to be a purely IC thing until potential future updates that add permanent injuries or something.
