In 2.62, Impure Element was changed to selfharm off of any Skill that uses it's element alongside any spell that uses the element. Making it harm Individuals who like stacking lightning, ice, or fire attack and dances.

More an inquiry than anything, because obviously this has repurcussions of just instantly obliterating your self...

Is Impure Element's +Void Energy [X] Attack supposed to be applying to On Hit: Deal 50% Elemental Attack / On Hit: Deal 100% Elemental attack stuff without the selfharm application?

Impure Element says the self-damage only works on skills that use elemental attack, and so it is supposed to only work on skills that use elemental attack. Spells are skills; basic attacks that apply 50% elemental attack as bonus damage on hit are not skills.
