Serpent Strike Compatability
#1
A lot of classes have their on hits work for skills and not just basics, stuff like vergs graves, solbladers holy sword, and so on.

Monks offensive skills (barding kadouha, ki blast and setting sun) have niche uses and low damage, i feel allowing them to benefit from serpent strikes acid on hit would make them nice to use, it doesnt make sense for seroent strike to be just for a single attack of monk’s

I though ice point Greaves and holy sword and phoenix talon were the ONLY skills that on hit for skills? You said a lot of classes. But still I support this idea.

i swore there were more…

either way having an on hit only apply to basics when only one of its offenses is a baic is kinda weird

maybe ghost’s dark scythe thing can work for that too, or ruler whip skills with elemental augment, slys the limit really

This would definitely help out skill-using monk, which needs help as opposed to the basic attack twin dance monk. I do support it. I think monk still needs more ways to generate ki

On-hits as a term should probably be updated to reflect upon skills in general, perhaps not on spell-hits but just on skill hits. Of course this would mean that Rapid Kick would need to be exempt from this as its one of the few skills not updated to the new multi-hit system. This could greatly benefit skills in general, and lies in support of a very recent Kensei thread as well.
