I found it weird while testing out something, we were testing out Steel Aura and on hit effects and we were testing if Excel would be blocked by it because the tooltip does state it as "on-hit" effect, consuming the charges there.
However when we tested it in game.
Explaination:
First Makido hit Spo without the charges, and he did about 50 damage
Secondly Makido hit Spo with 3 charges of excel, doing about 150
Thirdly Spo turned on Steel Aura then Makido hit her with 3 charges, still doing 150 damage to her, meaning that Steel Aura did not block the "On hit" effect that is in the Excel description.
Thought I'd note this out, could it be an oversight? Or was it intentional?
