Ambidexterity messes with Sayakana. If you're using two weapons and only your main hand has the rustic one, turning ambidexterity on will make the Sayakana bonus stop working.

I've also seen people reporting that it stops them from using Arbalest skills. Is it related to the same fix? (As in, was something happening that would affect that as well?)
