I thought I reported this bug awhile back but apparently I forgot.
Attempting to use Incise with a Dagger does not work as advertised. It's supposed to do less damage but cause higher lingering damage. At R5, Incise does 20 lingering damage, so theoretically it should do 30. It instead does 15. So less than the advertised value with a sword.
