Critical hit is +0.5 SKI yes, has been for a while I think? I can show like this
In this test I showed my critical hit rate at 100% health, then I painproofed 2 times for 30% of my HP so that rising game kicked in(Left at rank 1, so that LUC did not get increased either) and only got +1.5 Crit (Rounded up I assume) but +6 hit too, so you know that it is +3 SKI.
Edit because I don't wanna double post:
Your change seems to have worked, even if it's something I do not agree with (Making skills less useful than stats), however it'll work for now, whether the change to SKI is needed or not is debatable, but my Ghost/Kensei does not have 100% crit rate on a negation boneheart tank anymore, at the least.
