Every item in the game should be craftable, with the most rare items of
each type requiring rare ingredients to do so.

All weapons in the game should be craftable, but particularly rare ones
should require equally rare components. Replicas should require items
as components which can only be purchased with 750 arena tokens.
Then we could put material types on them, and non-crafters could still
buy the full weapon for the current price of 1,000 tokens.

All armors in the game should have a recipe, but if you want to craft the
best armors, like a cloak of many colours or a body guard, you need to,
again, provide equally rare components. Perhaps the cloak could require
three of each of the elemental jewel enchant catalysts, and the body
guard could require 20 ore, 10 of those 'iron plate' items, and a halfplate.
