The "Super Buzz" Potion sounds like a nice idea, although I'd probably go with a LV% for the FP Restore on use and LV%*2 for the increase damage debuff. . . maybe something like 10-20/20-40?

EDIT: If it is that much of a concern in regards to trashing FP-conservation (and how to maintain it as a concept), I suppose possibly giving it rare ingredients required to make it and/or a higher Alchemy level required to reliably make it? Possibly a cooldown duration that works similar to the Argentyle Statue buffs or Hikari's buff.
