Overall this seems like a nice buff to Hidden Cut in my opinion. It seems like a bit too much to be able to prepare a Quickdraw for as few as 1M however. If there were a minimum M cost to prepare a Quickdraw (ie, it wouldn't prepare a quick draw if you sheathed sword with 1M or 2M left) this would turn Hidden Cut into something worth using (with a little tweaking, probably lowering a bit, of the damage values, anyway) for solid bonus damage on Kensei.
