Hexer Spells (or at least Wretched Oil) doesn't become CHEAPER to cast whenever you have max rank mancy. I had max rank EARTH and DARK mancies, and it still costed 40 FP in the tooltip. Ontop of this, the damage only went up by like.. one...

Mancies don't provide reduced costs upon spells, and Darkmancy just flat out doesn't give +SR Dark Atk.
