A Duelist or Soldier skill (leaning toward duelist)
Deux grève/Double Feather Tail | 1 range | 4M, 20(?)FP
Strike twice in a back-and-forth motion. Preform two basic attacks against one enemy, the second deals only (rank*10%) damage and uses a weapon in the hand slot if available.
