You forgot the Armours from the Snakemen Tunnels. I'm fairly certain this was intentional on Dev's part to give people an 'extra' incentive to do the story/explore.

Although it would be nice for these items to lose their ability to be made into RM (AKA lowering the * value) a month or so after they launch into the game.

I realize this went for a curve ball from the original post but it's the closest I could get to actually supporting it.
