thanks exxy, I forgot about them due to them not being on the itemlist wiki

so thats 8 semi useless armors also clogging up the rarity pool, putting the rarity clog at 18 of 43(?) of the 8* being useless things.
I'd drop them to 6 so they don't give raremetal, but they still mutate the same.
