Then tell me this, should you logically be able to eviter earthen spikes like Isenshi, or a flat out huge fireball like sear? Perhaps Eviter a wretched oil from halfway across the map? Not really, it's flat out unfair to spell-edge weaponry and there's better casting tools than spell-edge weaponry.

You don't slash your sword and suddenly earthen spikes or dark water appears from the sword slash, magic should not be susceptible to Eviter simply based on weapon type.
