Can the difficulty of house furniture be reduced from 3 to 1? It's annoying when you have a house owner that can't raise its alchemy to 3 due to having other crafts.

That, and house furniture, for the most part, already banks on you having donated to use them, and they're all almost entirely aesthetic things, so I think it'd make things a whole lot easier if house builders weren't required to dump at least one crafting level to alchemy.
