I think something's buggy here, or ice point guard is messing with shit.
40 base def
Vampire at 200 essence (+10 def)
Astral Belt (+10 def)
IPG (+12 def/res)
Whenever I use Astral Belt, it seems to mess up 3 points from IPG.
So
W/ just IPG 62
W/ just Astral Belt 60
w/ both, 69.
