Uhh Sderg, the modification cap is still 20.

If this is true, then there's been a lot of misinformation flying around about it, since many people were saying that it was removed due to softcaps and stat scaling so it's not overbearing anymore.

Is there an official wiki page about it or something that I can beat people over the head with? Because even I personally believed it, with how spread the information was.
