Actually, Dev, I think this may have been on my end.
I'd forgotten that I had lowered my screen resolution a bit to play a game in a larger window (Specifically, one my comp can only run at like 300x200, basically, and trying to stretch it made the comp try to run it at a higher resolution automatically. The reason I hadn't seen this in the Asago building was because I had only changed my resolution after that.
While this could be good for people with lower resolutions, I do think most people prefer to run the highest resolution they have, and now I feel bad for making you do the extra work for a derp on my part.
For the record, my starting resolution was 1366x768, and my resolution when this happened was 1280x720
