The Rampaging Enchantment is listed as applying a debuff that reduces the DEF of the target by LV. As written, the LV applied should be 25% of the weapon's power, and successive hits should increase that to 50%.
While the function itself seems to work fine, the LV of the debuff applied seems to be based on the weapon's base power, rather than its total power.
This was tested with a Dragon Remains Excel Sniper, fully upgraded and with the Sharp quality and Scatter Bullets (-2 Power). Its base power is 16, with a modifier of 9 for a total of 25 Power. The Rampaging status it applies via basic attack and the amount it increases by is LV 4 (and caps out at 9 for some reason? I'm assuming rounding's going on somewhere).
This was only confirmed on basic attacks against enemy mobs of various types.
