Let's not turn this into a debate about Skip itself.

Unless Muunden was also altered/removed alongside Skip, I wouldn't even consider removing Skip.

As to the thread topic, it does feel silly that generally the best play against summoned allies is to skip on them every turn if you don't have immediate lethal, so I could support this if nothing changes with how skip works.
