The only thing I see here benefiting the most are Quickdraws or any other type of handguns with godly SKI scalings, to be honest.
Maybe make this unable to boost Handgun-type weapons? It might give some worth to the only Assault Rifle in the game. (Spirit Hunter), since the shots are limited.
