Almost all of races have baseline of 40 cumulative racial stats attribute. Except Hyattr.
Hyattr should lose the 4 san, so that they do not have 15% weakness to wind off the bat, and instead have 11% weakness to wind, and 11% resistance against fire so that they're not forced to cry. Alot.
