Also, how do poison effects work on Liches since they don't have bodies? Does it just corrode away at the material that they're using to maintain a physical form?
It's similar to magic but rather than requiring a domain of power (like magic), it is drawn from the user's own spiritual force (like ki); the same can be said of most 'magical' Martial Artist talents.
Yes, that is more or less how it works against liches. Poison doesn't necessarily mean venom, although it can and usually does.

If yes to either, are they about as draining as powering an Excel Weapon 1/turn? How would one, exactly, power it. Would they wear a 'spell plug' of sorts to force it into the engine from their seat?
No. They have. Teleporting is usually seen as a much more efficient practice, however.

If they did exist, what would be a hierarchy, and what gods would have them?
Would this be documented?
Every god is independent, pretty much. Some are stronger than others, some are weaker than others, some are unknown. But they're all godly in their own way.

For example, would one be able to resuscitate them before they floated away?
Are Lazarus/Reapers actually something that's known about, and if so, what else is publicly known?
Edit: While we're at it, how strong are they? Just curious.
Pretty much immediately after they die. There might be a small delay, but it wouldn't be very long.
I answered this about Lazarus above. As for Reapers, they are technically known, but they are often confused with Zerans because they both have horns (even if the horns look way different), and when they're not in Lazarus, it's usually because they're fetching a soul that got loose, or helping someone bring an earthbound soul into Lazarus.
They're probably about as strong as anyone else (hint hint).
