You know global evasion was put into place to fight autohits in the first place? I'd advise for future threads that not be the reason, otherwise we get ridiculous SWA buffs like demon hunter got.

Anyway making it 120% SWA at rank 5 should be good enough for a low fp cost basic skill that has decent range should probably be a good change, the bonus damage is doubled when you are airborne, which goes up to 44 currently. (Which is actually a lot)
