I think this might be a bit much as is, especially when you do compare them to Chimera Bands which while they do give you +1 to all stats, they also come with the drawback of making you a "Beast", which does impart some situational penalties. (Silver Bullets, Kilkenny's Passive, etc.)

I also don't think it should reduce FP costs by 10% since that's kinda what the Class Accessory Plus items are for.

I'd also prefer if the Prism Jewel itself got the changes rather than a Plus version if possible, since it's already a crafted item with a bunch of ingredients required.
