Moving it to vitality is not a great idea, its not like status resistance is impossible for corrupted to obtain now, we have loads of items, effects and even an enchant that'll help them jam their foot in the door, but in the end they're still corrupted, they're not meant to have divinity protecting them from statuses all the time.
