This has already been discussed in extensive detail in another thread on how abuse able the current starting positions are.

Changing to be more spread apart or having slightly random spawn positions based on which team you're on would be much better overall, some people wish to be able to select where you may spawn in a fight if thats even possible.

Kameron's old thread is heavily what inspired this and I believe just adjusting spawn positions for now is all that is needed.
