I am definitely for this. Considering how easy it is for lets say a MG/DH with a QD to zip across the screen and start popping bullets at everyone with lead storm this should have been implemented long ago. I don't necessarily consider this to even affect gimmicky builds as they'd keep their burst they just can't knockdown a whole team in 1 turn depending on the type of placement the other party chooses. I think this is very much for the best. +1 from me.
