With the advent of on-hits on weapons being changed to bonus damage; could we see Sacred Arts seeing the same change?

More often than not, people who play Kensei often pick a Starsign for an element they expect to not see often just so they can avoid losing momentum during a Kensei combo. When this does happen, it ruins the flow of the class completely.
