Sure. Solely because it costs 20 Void Energy, 10 with Void Reverb. No other reason. It's easy to generate Void Energy if you utilize the many tools presented to you, so it would be possible to get a free two debuffs or buff cleanses easily every round or so otherwise.

Costs too much for how little it does, even with Reverb in mind.
