Alright, I've messaged Kunai about this character and after a little bit of nitpicking and getting some details sorted, I've approved most of what they asked for.

As with the last private request I took, the details of this will be added to the private section of the approvals, if there's a concern involving this character doing things you suspect were not approved, you can ask a GM (but preferably me for this case) to verify if what they've done has or hasn't been given the okay.
