Weapons mutated into guns are no longer gaining 'single round' bonuses from magic gunner related skills such as "One Overcharge", here is the weapon in question:







To replicate, mutate a weapon into a gun, and equip 'one overcharge', Sonic Shell is supposed to gain Shell LV*6 Hesitation, so it should be lvl 48 hesitation and not lvl 18.
