Sorry for the second post, but after some more detailed testing I have figured out that it is directly linked to Snow Crow dying and being revived via the Inn, other youkai do not appear to follow this trend (Fortune Feather was active despite following the exact same steps, as well as Snowshoes.)

I can confirm now that this problem is exclusive to Snow Crow, every time it dies and I revive it at the inn, Snowfall stays inactive until I relog or until I swap around my youkai slots.



Just in case it is pertinent information, I am using Contract Tres and single bonded on my Snow Crow, my other two youkai are unbonded as well.

To reproduce:

1) Summon Snow Crow
2) Have Snow Crow die
3) Rest at an inn to heal and revive youkai
4) Attempt using normal movement yourself, or cache-dump to check upon the status of Snowfall.
