I'm not sure if it is intended or if it was meant to be split but it seems it fires off based on your guns rounds, meaning 1 round shoots 1 time, two round guns shoot twice and three round guns shoot 3 times to a max of rank, so quickdraw only fires twice no matter what, and shotguns snipers only fire one round.

it could very well just be an oversight with how the damage is dealt, counting it as 3 "attacks" rather than 1 attack with 3 shells.
