Reject Gale does not seem to trigger on the effects of pushing effects like Hirazuki or Repel currently. I believe that it might not count the enemy as being in 1 range currently.

Method used to test:

1) Enchant Relent Gale
2) Make sure Reject Gale is active
3) Use Hirazuki/Repel
