So I was messing around with Splash and my Custom Tome which has an Ice seed within it. Ice damage done against someone who has the Soaked debuff will get it switched out with Immobilize... As it says here, it lasts for 2 rounds.
This is the immediate round after that. Immobilize ended sooner than it should have and was replaced with Immobilize Immunity for 2 turns. Please fix the debuff so that it lasts its full duration!
