There is no real balance reason for this suggestion, however I ask that Crescent Rook always teleport even if you've invoked the Black Wind. 

This just so I can combine it with Void Refraction from Void Assassin to teleport to an enemy with every hit and look really cool like you can do the same with Warp Strike.
