Seeing as you have a firm grasp on the lore currently provided and written up by Dev as of this date as well as being aware of the challenges a homunculi of a more exotic appearance would face in an IC public setting.

I would also take this as a height request since a height like that requires an app.

Currently as a community homunculi have been coming in all shapes and sizes and we don't have super formal/specific rules of what is the limit. A large majority of player characters are highly accepting of exotic looking homunculi going about their everyday lives which is a rather large dissonance to what your average citizen of the Empire in the capital would feel towards such homunculi.

I will more or less approve more monstrous looking homunculus because I myself like the diversity but in the future that may or may not change.
