[2.66] Firebird skill "Lift-off" behaves improperly with exactly 5 feathers.

UPDATE:
The skill "Lift off" was changed in 2.66, and the update interacts with this bug in an unexpected way.
If used with 5 feathers remaining, the magical feather portion still does not activate, however, the auto hit portion DOES activate under said circumstances.
It still consumes feathers as before.
